These Terms of Service govern your use of OnTime and its MyBuss marketplace. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use OnTime.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use OnTime. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent where required. You are responsible for your account credentials and activities under your account. Provide accurate information and do not use another person's account without permission.
2. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant OnTime a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe others' rights.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use OnTime to break the law, harm or harass others, impersonate others, distribute malware, spam or phish, access accounts without authorization, use automated scraping without permission, manipulate engagement metrics, or bypass security and access controls.
4. Marketplace Rules
MyBuss sellers must provide accurate listings, prices, product condition, stock, media, shipping information, return policies, and supported payment methods. Counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, illegal, recalled, restricted, or misleading goods and services are prohibited. Sellers must not request off-platform payments to evade buyer protection, taxes, fees, or compliance controls.
Buyers and sellers must honor stated shipping, return, refund, cancellation, and warranty policies. OnTime may use identity verification, fraud review, payment tokenization, delivery tracking, tax calculation, escrow holds, and dispute processes to protect marketplace transactions.
5. Intellectual Property
OnTime's software, brand, design, features, and technology are owned by OnTime Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the service except as permitted by law.
6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for others, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using OnTime and request account deletion through the app settings.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
OnTime is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, OnTime Inc. disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes and Governing Law
We may update these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
