This Privacy Policy explains how OnTime Inc. collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use the OnTime platform, including MyBuss marketplace services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect account information such as your name, email address, username, date of birth, and profile photo. You may choose to provide a bio, location, website, phone number, and social links. We also collect content you create, including posts, messages, comments, stories, photos, videos, and audio.
For MyBuss, we collect product listings, inventory, prices, shipping and return settings, payout preferences, transaction status, fraud signals, tax settings, and dispute evidence. We may collect usage and device information, including pages viewed, feature usage, browser type, device type, IP address, language settings, cookies, and local-storage preferences.
If you explicitly choose to remember billing details during checkout, OnTime stores your name, email, company, phone number, street address, city, postal code, and country in an account-level billing profile for reuse in OnSnap, Marketplace, and SucTrade. This optional profile does not store card numbers, card security codes, wallet passwords, or PINs. OnSnap sends your billing email to Stripe Checkout, where Stripe collects the remaining billing and payment details. SucTrade sends billing contact and address details to Stripe to prepare checkout. Payment credentials and authorization are handled by Stripe.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve OnTime.
- Deliver messages, notifications, marketplace orders, support, and account services.
- Personalize content and recommendations.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, and violations of our terms.
- Operate marketplace checkout, seller payouts, shipment tracking, tax calculation, and dispute resolution.
- Comply with legal obligations and communicate service updates.
3. How Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate OnTime, when required by law, to protect the safety and rights of OnTime or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Public content and public profile information may be visible to other users and may be indexed by search engines unless you enable applicable privacy controls.
4. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, and security review practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information while your account is active or as needed to provide our services. When you delete an account, we delete or anonymize information within 30 days unless retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, security, accounting, or dispute handling. Messages sent to other users may remain in their accounts.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or receive a portable copy of your personal information. You can manage many settings in the app. To make a privacy request, contact privacy@ontimeapp.de.
You can remove your saved OnTime billing profile using “Forget my saved OnTime billing details” in checkout. This removes the reusable profile, not previous orders, invoices, or records held by payment providers. Editing checkout fields only updates the saved profile if you explicitly choose to save them when continuing.
7. Children
OnTime is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
8. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy here and, for material changes, provide notice through the app or by email when appropriate.
